In the region of Corinth, in the Peloponnese, grapes are cultivated from sea level to a height of 800m. The grapes for Semeli rose are carefully selected from vineyards at an altitude of over 700m. where the grapes ripen slowly, retaining their acidity. Harvest is usually at the end of September.

Cold maceration for approximately 15 hours, followed by pneumatic Willmes press and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17°C. This wine is bottled and sold within the year.
Alcohol 11.5%vol.
Total acidity 5.9g/l.
Residual sugar less than 1.0g/l.
Bright rosé colour with redish highlights. Rich and clear aromas of red fruits emphasizing on sour cherry and berry-fruit compound its rich dynamic nose. Round mouth rich in aromas present in the nose as well. Elegant on the palate with long lasting finish. Serve at 10-12°C, strong fish, white meat, veal, vegetable and curry dishes.
