Vineyard: Carefully selected vineyards on the upper slopes of the Nemea region at an altitude of about 600m. Harvest is at the end of September.

Soil: Limestone

Yield: 70hl/ha

Vinification: Grapes are picked in small baskets and transported direct to the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 28°C.

Analysis:
Alcohol 12.5%vol.
Total acidity 5.5g/l.
Residual sugar less than 1g/l.

Tasting Notes: Bright red colour with blue highlights. A complex bouquet of red fruits and dried fruits flood the nose. Soft, round, full and velvety in the mouth with a long finish. Serve at 16-18°C with pasta or light dishes of meat.
