Carefully selected vineyards on the upper slopes of the Nemea region at an altitude of about 600m. Harvest is at the end of September.

Grapes are picked in small baskets and transported direct to the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 28°C.
Alcohol 12.5%vol.
Total acidity 5.5g/l.
Residual sugar less than 1g/l.
Bright red colour with blue highlights. A complex bouquet of red fruits and dried fruits flood the nose. Soft, round, full and velvety in the mouth with a long finish. Serve at 16-18°C with pasta or light dishes of meat.
